In the Laboratory for the mechanical testing of materials, which was established through the project "Research and education based on physical models of real engineering structures" and implemented through the IPA Program of the EU and Montenegro for employment, education and social protection, laboratory testing was demonstrated for students of the third year of study at subject Calculation of constructive systems 1.

As part of the demonstration, led by prof. Branko Tadic, the students had the opportunity to get acquainted with the basic principles of the Laboratory's functioning, the goals of its development within the project, the research works and researches that were carried out on the project, as well as to get acquainted with the operation of the devices developed in the Laboratory. There are two devices developed in the Laboratory.

The laboratory and the project are managed by the Faculty of Polytechnic, together with the project partners. The project manager is prof. Dragomir Miljanic, and the team consists of: prof. Branko Tadic, MSc Bojana Sternisa and MSc Semso Kalac. The laboratory is located on the first floor of the University of Donja Gorica.

The aim of the Laboratory, which is to improve students' ability to introduce innovations into practice, is achieved through a program of laboratory exercises. These demonstrations were aimed at improving students' competencies and developing creative and entrepreneurial abilities. After the demonstrations, the students could express their satisfaction and experience with the demonstrations in an online questionnaire, which was created for that purpose.

Project team members have already carried out a series of activities aimed at establishing inter-project cooperation, developing partnerships, and creating opportunities for new projects to ensure sustainability and improve the impact of the project.
